Basic runs 8× S-Rolled Gauze with no hemostatic. The Combat Gauze and Advanced tiers drop S-Rolled to 4× and add 4× Combat Gauze Z-Fold. Advanced further adds a provider airway suite — NPA, BAC-Pack cricothyroidotomy kit, Cyclone Pocket BVM, and ARS needle decompression. All three include the NAR ELITE-LITE litter.
