The side pouches take the pack to about 18 in wide and the front module adds about 3 in of depth. Pick the Extended build for frame carry, vehicle staging and long-delay use; pick Standard when you move through doorways and stacks.

Surgical airway, needle decompression, thoracostomy, IO access and whole-blood items are for credentialed providers only, within scope and under medical direction. Medications are unit-issued; the PFC panel in the upper front pocket is ready to hold them.
