TACMED™ Drop Leg Pouch

A convertible large-format medical carrier that runs either as a thigh-mounted drop-leg rig on its own integrated straps or MOLLE-mounted to a vest or plate carrier. At 9.5" × 9" × 2" it holds a medic-tier load when vest real estate is already spoken for. Four colors. Sold as a pouch only — no medical supplies are included.
