The Pack 38 sits between a compact IFAK and an oversized chest. The expandable main compartment carries airway, IV/IO, multiple hemorrhage-control sets, bandages, and medications; six transparent hook-and-loop pouches let a medic inventory and reconfigure the entire load by sight; and a removable hip belt transfers weight to the hips for extended dismounted movement.
