Rapid Access MEDMAG Pouch

A MOLLE pouch that nests an IFAK-compatible medical insert behind three 5.56 mm 30-round magazines, flat-packed so the profile is no greater than a standard triple-mag pouch. Quick-pull tabs are sized for heavy gloves and cold-weather mittens, the insert detaches to a leg strap, and a separate Rapid Access Tourniquet sub-pouch mounts wherever you want it. Ships empty — no magazines, no medical supplies.

What goes in the insert decides the scope of practice, not the pouch. A blood kit, a decompression needle or a surgical airway belongs only with a provider trained and authorised to use it; a tourniquet and pressure dressing do not. Load the insert to the level of care the wearer actually holds.

Does the Rapid Access MEDMAG Pouch come with magazines or medical supplies?

No. The MEDMAG Pouch ships empty — magazines and medical supplies are NOT included. The pouch provides the carrying architecture; the operator populates it with their preferred 5.56mm magazines (3x standard 30-round capacity) and medical supplies (IFAK, blood kit, or other items). The detachable tourniquet sub-pouch is also empty — the TMT tourniquet and TQ Ram are not included.

How do the rifle magazines and medical supplies coexist in one pouch?

The RAP uses a stacked flat-packed configuration: the three rifle magazines occupy the main compartment, while the medical supplies are contained in an inner insert that nests behind or alongside the magazines in the same pouch footprint. The medical insert has its own quick-pull access and can be detached from the pouch and strapped to the operator's leg via integrated leg straps for on-body medical access during patient treatment.

Can the MEDMAG Pouch be used on a battle belt as well as a plate carrier?

Yes. The MEDMAG Pouch attaches via a standard MOLLE weave backing compatible with both MOLLE plate carriers and battle belts. The detachable Rapid Access Tourniquet sub-pouch also attaches via MOLLE and can be positioned independently. The flat-packed configuration and minimized profile make the pouch appropriate for battle belt use where front profile depth is constrained.

How is the quick-pull access designed for gloved use?

The RAP's pull tabs are specifically engineered to be actionable with extreme cold weather mittens and heavy tactical gloves. Tab sizing and positioning accommodate large grips without requiring fine motor precision. This design meets operational requirements for cold-weather environments and for operators wearing heavy protective gear during active threat response or cold-zone staging.

What is the detachable Rapid Access Tourniquet pouch?

The RAP includes a separate, detachable tourniquet sub-pouch that attaches to the main MEDMAG pouch or independently to MOLLE webbing. This sub-pouch is sized to hold one Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet (TMT) and a TQ Ram — neither is included and must be purchased separately. The sub-pouch also uses the quick-pull access design, making tourniquet retrieval possible with gloves in cold or high-stress conditions.
