Lightning X Premium Modular ALS Oxygen Trauma Kit | MB65-SKD

The LXMB65 modular ALS bag supplied pre-loaded with Fill Kit D — oxygen, airway, trauma, diagnostics and wound care in one deployable unit. A dedicated zippered side compartment holds the aluminum D cylinder and regulator, so oxygen comes out without opening the main hold.

Before the bag goes into service, confirm the D cylinder is filled and leak-checked. The R.A.T.S. is a functional tourniquet but it is not on the evidence-based standard-device list. If your protocol requires a evidence-based standard tourniquet, add a C-A-T, SAM XT or TMT and train on it — limb tourniquets go high and tight over clothing when the bleeding source can't be seen or there's no time (hasty), or on bare skin 2–3 in. above the wound once it is exposed (deliberate) — never across a joint.

▾Who Carries It

ALS paramedic crews needing one deployable unit that carries oxygen, airway, trauma, diagnostics and wound care together. EMS and fire rescue running vehicle-mounted response where the bag comes off the apparatus complete. Disaster response teams, agency fleets standardizing a single bag, and industrial or remote sites where resupply is not immediate.

Scope of practice governs use: the airway adjuncts and oxygen delivery equipment in this kit require training and authorization. Providers should confirm the packing list against their own medical director's protocol and restock to that standard rather than to the fill kit as supplied.
