How to use (30-second rundown)
- 1) Massive Bleeding: Apply tourniquet high & tight; note time with marker.
- 2) Pack & Pressure: Pack wound with hemostatic or compressed gauze; secure with ETD™.
- 3) Chest Wounds: Wipe, apply vented seal over entrance and exit if present.
- 4) Airway & Exposure: Insert NPA as indicated; prevent hypothermia with blanket.
- 5) Reassess: Check tourniquet, seals, and bleeding control until handoff to EMS.
