A nylon PALS/MOLLE pouch built to carry the JETT® Junctional Emergency Treatment Tool on the outside of an aid bag, medic pack or plate-carrier back panel. Two internal mesh pouches keep the device's hand pump, auxiliary straps and extenders with it. Pouch only — the JETT device is sold separately.

Combat and tactical medics staging a junctional tourniquet for immediate access rather than burying it in a pack · TEMS and SWAT medics mounting the device on the exterior of an aid bag or a plate-carrier back panel · Aid-bag builders giving a low-frequency, high-consequence device a fixed home so the pump, straps and extenders never separate from it.

Junctional tourniquets treat inguinal and high-thigh hemorrhage that a limb tourniquet cannot reach, and their application requires specific training. Carrying the device is not the same as being qualified to apply it — confirm training and scope of practice before fielding one.
