North American Rescue · Framed Medic Pack
Medic Trauma Pack
A light-framed tactical medic pack with over 1,000 cubic inches of capacity, organized through modular removable pull-bags so a whole category can be handed to a helper rather than dug out. Silent, sand-resistant zippers, contoured padded shoulder straps and a sternum strap carry the load through sustained movement. Sold as a bag only — no medical supplies are included.
Sold empty — bag only1,000+ cu in capacityModular removable pull-bagsSilent, sand-resistant zippers

Compartmentalize by MARCH and a mass-casualty scene becomes divisible: you hand a helper a pouch, not an instruction.

What's Included

A carry platform sold unstocked. Colors: Black · Olive Drab · Coyote Tan — color selection only, the platform is identical. Tap a section for exactly what ships and how the pack is laid out.

  • Modular, removable pull-bags for the main compartment
  • 1× Contoured padded shoulder harness with sternum strap, integrated

VIEW ▾Layout, Capacity & Fill Guidance — how the pack is built and what it is sized to hold
  • Over 1,000 cubic inches of capacity in a single carry platform
  • Light frame adds structure and back support without a heavy weight penalty
  • Large main compartment subdivided by removable pull-bags — organize by MARCH category so each pouch can be handed off intact during a multi-casualty response
  • Contoured padded straps and sternum strap distribute the load for patrol-length carry
  • Side cinch straps hold the load stable through climbing, sprinting and helicopter ingress and egress
  • Silent zippers avoid the audible signature of standard hardware and resist the grit that jams them
  • Load hemorrhage control at the top and most accessible position; airway and vascular access deeper in the pack
  • Sized for a provider-level trauma load across massive hemorrhage, airway, respiration, circulation and hypothermia — all sold separately
  • MARCH = Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia/Head injury

Sold as equipment, not as a medical device. Capability is set by the loadout you build and by your training, protocols and scope of practice.

Who Carries It

Combat medics (68W / 18D) as a forward-deployed primary aid bag at the element level · SWAT, HRT and TEMS carrying provider-level trauma capability in a field-sized platform · Flight medics and PJs where the light frame suits confined-access work · SAR medical officers and training cadre covering extended operations and live-fire ranges.

This is a provider-level platform, not an individual first aid kit: it is built for a trained medic managing other people's injuries. Advanced interventions loaded into it — needle decompression, advanced airway, vascular access — require formal training and scope-of-practice authorization. The pack ships empty, so what it can do on scene is entirely a function of the loadout and the medic.
