Scope of practice. This pack carries advanced adjuncts — a King LT-D supraglottic airway, a bag-valve mask, tactical suction, ARS needle decompression, saline lock kits and a traction splint. Those are provider-level interventions requiring formal TCCC, EMT or equivalent training and agency protocol authorization. This page describes capability, not technique, and is not a substitute for accredited training.

Standardize the pull-bag loading across the element and orient every new medic to it. A pack any team member can work under stress is worth more than a pack loaded to one person's preference.
