Product Overview
The ECHO kit is the advanced tier of MED-TAC’s oxygen-delivery sets, assembled with the broader complement of delivery devices needed by ALS-trained responders and home oxygen users who require expanded capability. Like every MED-TAC kit, it is assembled in-house by staff that includes current and former first responders, informed by field feedback.
The aluminum D cylinder is the standard portable size for EMS and clinical use — significantly more capacity than M4 or C cylinders while staying manageable in weight. The 0–15 lpm regulator covers the full clinical range: low-flow supplemental oxygen via nasal cannula up to high-concentration delivery via non-rebreather mask for acute hypoxia, cardiac events, or toxicological emergencies. The BVM enables oxygen-enriched manual ventilation, the two non-rebreathers provide high-FiO₂ delivery for breathing patients, the nasal cannulas cover lower-flow needs, and the Berman kit supplies oral airway adjuncts. The cylinder wrench opens the valve without additional tools in the field.
