Q: How quickly will my order ship?

We process and ship many of our products directly from our Florida facility. Roughly half of all orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours of purchase.

Some items, especially specialty or high-demand products, may require additional time and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. This depends on supplier restocking schedules and global supply chain conditions.

Q: Will I know if my order is delayed?

Yes. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated shipping timeline. You’ll also receive updates by email as your order progresses.

Q: Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

We prioritize offering only authentic, vetted medical and tactical products. That sometimes means restocking from trusted suppliers rather than substituting lower-quality alternatives. We believe it’s better to be upfront with realistic timelines than to overpromise and underdeliver.

It is ideal for team, squad, and as a vehicle jump out bag. The Mojo^® First Responder Bag is carried by an adjustable shoulder strap and attaches to MOLLE. It uses MARCH™ medical gear in a color-coded trauma treatment system to treat the five preventable causes of death on the battlefield. The Mojo^® First Responder Bag is made of 1000D Cordura^®nylon and is available in four different color options, as well as three different content configurations.
