Fill Kit F is the premium configuration, adding significant upgrades: a digital automatic BP cuff (vs. manual in Charlie), premium cardiology stethoscope (vs. Sprague), fingertip pulse oximeter, suture set, digital thermometer, folding pocket knife, 4 cold packs (vs. 2), 4 triangle bandages (vs. 2), a second roll splint, and QuikClot EMS bandage in addition to hemostatic spray. Charlie is the mid-tier configuration offering solid ALS capability at a lower price point.

Does the MB35 Fill Kit Charlie include a tourniquet?

Yes. Fill Kit Charlie includes a tourniquet in the advanced trauma section of the kit. For customers who require a specific CoTCCC-recommended tourniquet brand, MED-TAC recommends the NAR C-A-T Gen 7 or SAM XT — both available separately in our hemorrhage control collection — and can be used to supplement or replace the included tourniquet when building a tactically optimized loadout.
