The ROO's defining feature: a dedicated front tourniquet compartment that opens on a single tab-pull, letting you deploy a C-A-T® Gen 7 (CoTCCC-recommended) one-handed without disturbing the main kit — true self-aid in the critical seconds before fine motor skills fade. The 500D nylon body keeps it to 8 oz empty while staying durable for patrol and field use, and the main compartment's elastic loops organize dressings, gauze, chest seals, and airway adjuncts. A MOLLE back panel mounts it vertically on a vest; a 3″ internal belt sleeve mounts it horizontally on a duty belt — whichever is the most reachable position for the carrier. It's also Quick-Detach-Panel compatible (panel sold separately), so the entire medical insert can rip away for treatment-surface deployment or handoff to another responder.
