Q: How quickly will my order ship?

We process and ship many of our products directly from our Florida facility. Roughly half of all orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours of purchase.

Some items, especially specialty or high-demand products, may require additional time and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. This depends on supplier restocking schedules and global supply chain conditions.

Q: Will I know if my order is delayed?

Yes. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated shipping timeline. You’ll also receive updates by email as your order progresses.

Q: Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

We prioritize offering only authentic, vetted medical and tactical products. That sometimes means restocking from trusted suppliers rather than substituting lower-quality alternatives. We believe it’s better to be upfront with realistic timelines than to overpromise and underdeliver.

The SAM® Junctional Tourniquet for hemorrhage control is designed to control bleeding in areas where standard tourniquets would not be effective, such as with IED/Blasts or high level amputations.

The Target Compression Device (TCD) is placed at or proximal to the injury site and inflated until the bleeding stops. Two TCDs can be used to occlude blood flow bi-laterally if needed.
