The Slishman Pressure Wrap Pouch addresses this by providing a purpose-built neoprene case that organizes and secures the SPW in a consistent, retrievable position.
The pouch's dual-sided mounting system is uniquely versatile. One side features a MOLLE strap for threading onto standard PALS webbing on plate carriers, aid bags, medic pouches, and tactical vests — expanding the SPW's tactical deployment options. The opposite side carries neoprene-compatible adhesive hooks, enabling the pouch to adhere to smooth surfaces such as AED case panels, vehicle dashboards, fire apparatus compartments, wall-mounted first aid stations, or a refrigerator door in a kitchen first aid setup.
