The DOS Modular Plate Carrier combines the proven ergonomics of Chase Tactical's plate-carrier lineup with an outer-shell architecture designed for modular load-out configuration. The DOS designation reflects the double outer shell: a hard-armor plate pocket is integrated into both the front and rear carrier body, sized to accept standard 10″×12″ hard armor plates, while exterior Mil-Spec MOLLE webbing accepts magazine pouches, medical kits, IFAK holders, communication accessories, and hydration systems.
Chase Tactical manufactures its nylon goods to U.S. military specifications, using Mil-Spec IR-treated 500D Cordura throughout. IR treatment at the fabric source — rather than post-production coating — keeps the carrier's infrared signature minimal under night-observation devices, a critical operational consideration.
