Each side of the elastic cummerbund carries three internal pouches, configured to accept standard AR-15/M4 30-round magazines vertically, single tourniquets, or slim handheld radios. Keeping magazine, tourniquet, and radio access inside the carrier's own elastic body means the operator retains essential life-safety and communication tools without mounting external pouches that would break the low-visibility silhouette.
