Lightning-X Officer's Patrol Kit

A belt-mountable self-aid and buddy-care kit built around the interventions a patrol officer can actually perform alone: a C-A-T, hemostatic gauze, vented chest seals and a nasal airway. Minor-care consumables ride alongside so the same pouch covers the rest of the shift.

This is a self-aid and buddy-care kit, not a provider kit: everything in it is within the scope of an officer trained to a bleeding-control standard. Tourniquet application and wound packing are perishable skills — refresh them on a schedule, and check the C-A-T and the hemostatic gauze against their expiry dates at the same interval you check the rest of your duty gear.
