North American Rescue's QuikLitter™ is a cost effective emergency carry litter designed for rapid deployment for the movement of casualties and is the ideal disposable litter for mass casualty incidents, disasters, active shooter events, as well as for everyday patient movements. Constructed of a water-resistant, woven polyethylene that is latex free and rated for up to 500 lb., the NAR QuikLitter™ features ten (10) carry handles with four (4) on each side and one (1) larger handle at either end of the litter to provide multiple carry points.

The XL version is 12 in. wider and 6 in. longer than our standard QuikLitter™ and features 14 hand-holds (six on each side and one larger handle at each end) plus two built-in patient retention straps for easier and safer patient handling.

The QuikLitter™ XL is rated to 1,000 lb payload, offering more room, easier handling and overall safer patient transport.
