Product Overview
In mass casualty scenarios and multi-casualty combat engagements, a medic must apply tourniquets to multiple casualties rapidly. A single tourniquet on a medic's kit covers one extremity on one casualty — but combat trauma frequently involves multiple casualties or multiple extremity wounds on a single casualty. The TitanCare® Quad Tourniquet Pouch solves the supply problem directly: four CoTCCC-recommended tourniquets staged in a single MOLLE-mounted pouch, immediately accessible for multi-casualty deployment.
The pouch accepts both the SOF® TT-W (Tactical Medical Solutions) and the C-A-T® (North American Rescue) — the two most widely fielded CoTCCC-recommended windlass tourniquets — providing flexibility in tourniquet selection while maintaining a single standardized carrier. Mounting via MOLLE allows the pouch to be placed on plate carriers, vests, tactical medic bags, vehicle roll bars, or any MOLLE-equipped surface where rapid multi-tourniquet access is needed.
The four-tourniquet capacity reflects the practical requirements of combat medic operations: a Combat Lifesaver or medic may encounter bilateral extremity wounds on a single casualty (requiring up to four tourniquets), multiple casualties in a single engagement, or mass casualty incident scenarios where tourniquet supply is rate-limiting to survival. Staging four tourniquets in a single accessible pouch maximizes the medic's ability to control hemorrhage across multiple patients before needing to resupply.
