Q: How quickly will my order ship?

We process and ship many of our products directly from our Florida facility. Roughly half of all orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours of purchase.

Some items, especially specialty or high-demand products, may require additional time and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. This depends on supplier restocking schedules and global supply chain conditions.

Q: Will I know if my order is delayed?

Yes. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated shipping timeline. You’ll also receive updates by email as your order progresses.

Q: Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

We prioritize offering only authentic, vetted medical and tactical products. That sometimes means restocking from trusted suppliers rather than substituting lower-quality alternatives. We believe it’s better to be upfront with realistic timelines than to overpromise and underdeliver.

The Level III+ SRT SiC Ceramic/PE Composite Plate is a Special Rifle Threat (SRT) plate designed to defeat Level III+ threats from high velocity rifle rounds from the most commonly used rifle threats in use. The Sic Ceramic/UHMWPE composite resulting in a lighter plate and the material structure allows for a greater crack resistance over other ceramic plate designs

The plate's curved design fits the user with greater comfort, and the cut upper corners allow for better mobility and it is fully sealed to protect against liquids, chemicals, and other harsh elements
