PRODUCT INFORMATION
MED-TAC International · Advanced Hemorrhage Control Bundle
ITClamp Wound Pack Duo - Advanced
Three tools for the wounds a tourniquet cannot reach — scalp, neck, axilla and groin. Plain gauze fills the cavity, Celox™ Rapid Ribbon adds chitosan clotting that works whether or not the casualty's own cascade does, and the iTClamp® seals the skin surface so the hematoma tamponades without a hand holding it. SKU BNDL-HEMO-ADV.
3 itemsJunctional and neck woundsHands-free surface closureSKU BNDL-HEMO-ADV

Packing alone cannot be held hands-free. A clamp alone does not reach the cavity. A hemostatic alone does not close the skin. The three together do what none of them does by itself.

Kit Contents

One configuration, three items — listed in the order they layer onto the wound. Each component remains individually sterile and individually packaged inside the bundle. Tap the section.

CoTCCC recommendation is annotated here only on Celox™ Rapid Ribbon. The legacy copy for this bundle stated that the iTClamp® is CoTCCC-recommended; we have not annotated it, because the device does not appear on the CoTCCC recommended-device list we verify against, and an unverified recommendation claim is worse than none. That is a deliberate omission pending confirmation, not a judgement on the device — the iTClamp® is a cleared wound-closure device and the clinical rationale for it in neck and junctional wounds stands on its own. Note also that Celox™ Rapid Ribbon, Celox™ Rapid and Celox™ Gauze are three different products with different SKUs; this bundle contains the Ribbon. Using the iTClamp® assumes training in advanced hemorrhage control, and there is no tourniquet in this bundle — it supplements a kit rather than replacing one.

Who Carries It

Tactical medics and advanced EMS carrying a dedicated answer for the anatomically awkward bleed — the scalp laceration that will not stay packed, the penetrating neck wound, the axillary or inguinal bleed above the reach of a tourniquet · Providers working mass-casualty scenes, where hands-free surface closure frees one responder to move to the next casualty · Anyone building an advanced loadout who would otherwise track three separate SKUs and three resupply cycles.

Working sequence for a deep junctional wound: fill the cavity with the plain gauze to establish a pressure base, add the Celox™ Rapid Ribbon against the bleeding surface and hold firm sustained direct pressure while the chitosan forms a clot, then close the skin over the pack with the iTClamp® so the hematoma is contained under hydrostatic pressure. Note the time and hand off. These notes are general reference only and are not a substitute for accredited hemorrhage-control training.
