Straps to any vehicle headrest, or to MOLLE-compatible gear and bags with at least five rows of loops.
The bag attaches to its rear base with a hook-and-loop panel — one pull of the hand removes it in an emergency.

What to put in it

A evidence-based standard limb tourniquet — high and tight over clothing when the bleeding source can't be seen (hasty), or on bare skin 2–3 in. above the wound once it is exposed (deliberate); never across a joint.
Hemostatic packing gauze such as QuikClot Combat Gauze or CELOX Rapid, packed tightly to the source with at least three minutes of direct pressure.
A pressure bandage, a vented chest seal, trauma shears, gloves and a foil blanket.
Vehicle interiors swing through heat and cold — inspect adhesives, chest seals and dated items on a schedule.
