The controller continuously reads temperature feedback from thermistors integrated into the thermal tubing wall and dynamically adjusts power delivery from the 44V battery to hold target output (100.4°F, 38°C ± 2°C) regardless of input temperature or flow-rate swings from 2 to 200 mL/min. Setup is deliberately simple — one cable to the battery, one to the tubing, neither with a plug orientation. On connection the system self-tests and signals readiness via a status sequence (green flash to blue flash to solid green) within 24 seconds. For tactical environments, it is the only FDA-cleared fluid warmer that permits disabling audible alerts.
