LIFEFLOW PLUS Fluid Infuser
$399.99
The LifeFlowĀ® PLUS is a hand-operated rapid infusion device that allows health care providers to deliver blood and fluids quickly and effectively, improving resuscitation of critically ill or injured patients. Delivering in 10mL increments with each handle compression, a LifeFlow PLUS user can administer 1 unit of blood or 500ml of fluid in less than 2 minutes, maintaining full control over the volume delivered.
The syringe size allows the user to overcome the resistance of IV catheters and automatically refills when the handle is released - allowing the user full control of volume of fluid delivered. This also protects the syringe from bacterial contamination.
LifeFlow PLUS can be operated with one hand, leaving the operatorās other hand free to address other clinical issues, monitor the infusion site, and assess patient response. This is particularly useful in austere environments and transport when resources are limited, and personnel are performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Current methods of blood and fluid delivery are too slow to quickly restore intravascular volume in patients with severe shock and hypotension. For these patients ātime is tissue,ā meaning every minute of continued hypotension can result in more organ injury. LifeFlow PLUS offers a simple way to restore perfusion with rapid and controlled delivery of fluids and blood.

Thermal Transfusion Set - BLOOD
$325.99
The Quantum Thermal Transfusion Set- Blood from LifeWarmer is the revolutionary IV tubing set that allows for safe, rapid warming of blood, blood products, or IV fluids without adding hardly any additional steps to the normal IV setup process. Modeled after standard blood infusion tubing, the familiar configuration allows for ease of use. The sophisticated intelligence and proprietary warming technology are integrated into the tubing system for simplicity and to reduce additional equipment and procedural steps. Roughly the same size and weight as standard blood tubing, there is almost no additional equipment burden.
The Quantum IV administration tubing is double-extruded to yield a configuration that has both an inner tubing layer and an outer tubing layer. A conductive heating element is between the two layers but does not come in contact with the fluid path or disrupt the laminar flow. The outer tubing layer acts as an insulator while the inner tubing layer transfers the heat from the heating element to the fluid path. Thermistors located in the tubing continually measure temperature and provide that input to the Quantum Controller. The monitoring and independent application of energy (heat) along the fluid path allows the Quantum to respond to varying temperature inputs from the fluid source to near the point of patient entry to ensure fluid temperature is the right temperature at delivery.
The Quantum Life Warmer, fully charged, is able to warm and maintain up to 2 units ( 900mL +/- 100mL) of cold (4ĀŗC) blood products or IV solutions to a pre-set temperature of 100.4Ā°F (38Ā°+/- 2Ā°C) at a flow rate of 100 mL/min (depending on the ambient temperature). Or, approximately 1700 mL of 20ĀŗC IV solution to a set point of 38ĀŗC +/- 2ĀŗC at a flow rate of 200 mL/min. Effective warming flow rates range from 2 to 200 mL/minute depending on input fluid temperature and ambient conditions.

Injury and Ailment Case
$439.99
NOTE: Medical equipment sold separately
Engineering excellence is a hallmark of North American Rescue. With our Injury and Ailment Case (I&A), engineering excellence is evident in every detail. Designed for healthcare professionals on the move, this pelican case is a tribute to the experts who developed it as well as to the experts who use it.
Engineering excellence prompted a lid organizer that opens double for double capacity. The lid's clear pockets with hook-and-loop attachments allow quick inventory and efficient storage of medications. The lids have other advantages, too. A polymer O-ring creates a seal that is dust-proof and waterproof. The rubberized sure-grip handle is reliable in any weather.
Engineering excellence made this med case exceptionally secure. The case is lockable, of course, but that's just the beginning. Stainless steel reinforced padlock protectors provide a second-layer of defense against cutting and theft. The med box also features double-throw latches which are engineered to tolerate up to 400 pounds of pressure, yet open with a light pull.
The case's standard automatic Gore-TEX pressure equalization valve not only stops moisture from entering the case, but also prevents vacuum-lock. These medicine cases open easily at any altitude, but only when they are supposed to open. The main body of the case is equipped with a fully customizable insert covered with 210 Denier Oxford nylon.
The insert's padded dividers (made of half-inch PE foam) have adjustable walls for customizing compartments to any size. Flexible hook-and-loop attachment points accommodate the most demanding requirements. Adjustable walls plus convenient attachment equals extra protection and superior inventory management.
Our medicine cases are large enough to handle the job, and small enough to transport with ease.Ā

Warrior Aid Litter Kit (WALK)
$1,799.00
The Warrior Aid & Litter Kit (WALK) allows first-aid treatment and immediate evacuation of one patient in a non-traditional vehicle, plus it allows multiple other trauma patients to be treated until additional transport arrives.Ā
Our engineers took the state-of-the-art Talon 90C (a quad-fold rigid litter with retractable handle system) and designed a package that holds not only the litter, but also a streamlined pocket-system containing self- and buddy-aid medical supplies. The WALK gives true definition to the term aid and litter kit. The WALK also contains our Hypothermia Prevention & Management Kit (HPMK) to help stabilize patients during transport.
Light and compact, the WALKĀ® reduces cubic weight and, thereby, evacuation time.

The WALKĀ® has adjustable shoulder straps for occasions when the kit is used to provide treatment and evacuation on target. Bags may also be purchased separately.

QUANTUM Blood & Fluid Warming System
$2,999.99
The Quantum Blood and Fluid Warming System from LifeWarmer is a Game-Changing innovation that has succeeded in closing a critical capability gap previously left exposed by other commercial off-the-shelf fluid warmers currently fielded. Size, weight, performance, and ease of use are no longer collective barriers to the delivery of whole blood in far forward and near point of injury (POI) prehospital casualty management.
The Quantum exceeds all healthcare and logistical requirements for the delivery of warmed blood or fluids across the defined spectrum of care.Ā The system consists of unique thermal administration sets that incorporate sensing elements with an integrated heating system that does not disrupt the fluid path. With advanced intelligence throughout the system, the lightweight Controller modulates and moderates the energy flow to the integrated heating elements to ensure consistent normothermic fluid delivery to the casualty. The 44V battery is the smallest in category, able to rapidly adjust power distribution based on the temperature and flow rate of the input fluid.Ā This creates a highly efficient system capable of previously unrealized performance optimizations. The Quantum system has an operational weight of just 22 total ounces yet can deliver two units of 39Ā°F Whole Blood (WB) at 100mL/min with an output temperature of 100.4Ā°F (38Ā°+/- 2Ā°C)Ā with only a 24 second warm-up period. The Quantum Blood and Fluid Warming System provides the Tactical Health Care Professional with significant technological overmatch in the fight to eliminate preventable combat death.
